1. How to Make a Booking
Bookings can be made through our website, by email, or by phone. Simply select your preferred package, provide your travel details, and confirm your booking with a deposit. Our team is available to assist you at every step of the process.

2. Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the package selected and will be clearly stated during the booking process.
- Standard Packages: 20% of the total package price
- Luxury/Nile Cruise Packages: 25% of the total package price
- Custom Private Tours: 30% of the total package price
Important: Your booking is only confirmed once we have received your deposit and sent you a confirmation email with all details.
3. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days prior to your departure date. We will send you a reminder before the payment due date.
- Payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfer, or secure online payment link.
- Late payment: If the balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
4. Confirmation & Documentation
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Detailed itinerary with dates and times
- Hotel and cruise details (if applicable)
- Emergency contact information
- Pre-departure checklist
We recommend reviewing all documents carefully and contacting us immediately if anything appears incorrect.
5. Changes to Your Booking
We understand that plans can change. If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Minor changes (dates, hotels, etc.): Subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
- Major changes (destination, package change): Treated as a cancellation and rebooking – standard cancellation fees apply.
- Name changes: Permitted up to 30 days before departure with no additional fee.
6. Group Bookings
For group bookings of 6 or more travelers, special terms apply. Please contact our group sales team for a customized quote and booking conditions.
- Group discounts may be available for larger parties
- Deposit and payment schedules may differ from standard bookings
- Flexible cancellation terms for groups are available upon request
